Jay Michael Holder is the Chief Executive Officer of the J. F. Holder Foundation. Mr. Holder co-founded the organization with his father (the late J.F. Holder), with the mission of creating educational and social opportunities in economically disadvantaged communities and to help at-risk youth develop the life skills necessary to make a successful transition to adulthood. Mr. Holder is responsible for board management, program development, and operations management.

Mr. Holder is the Managing Principal of Jay Michael Productions LLC, a multi-platform media & entertainment production company with offices in Chicago, Miami and Las Vegas. He oversees a full-service production company that conceptualizes, produces, & distributes video content, and oversees the strategic development, design and management of the company’s global hospitality and entertainment assets. He leads an integrated team that produces world-class special events covering a broad spectrum of entertainment genres, including concerts, festivals and music showcases.

Previously, Mr. Holder was the CEO of Automated Computer System Inc. in Los Angeles, a business and information management systems company for over 22 years, and an IT consultant for over 35 years. He was responsible for improving business results through the utilization of new technology and computer systems.

ACS partnership with IBM and the Government of Nigeria to develop & implement Nigeria’s IT and communication infrastructure in Abuja, Nigeria.
Developed and managed IT & financial systems for Interior Architects Inc. (IA), an International Architect Firm with over 16 offices worldwide for 21 years.
IT & financial systems consultant for Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center, a very special client that provides family law legal services for poor and low-income families in Los Angeles County.
IT & financial systems consultant for the Los Angeles Sentinel Newspaper, the largest subscriber paid African American owned newspaper on the West Coast.
IT Consulting & Managed IT Services for the National Football League (NFL) for Super Bowl XXVIII (28) in Atlanta Georgia.
Implemented the Job Costing system for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation for budgeting construction expenses for the Venetian Casino Resort Hotel’s Palazzo Tower.
IT consultant for Goldfarb Consultants, a market research company headquartered in Toronto Canada. ACS was responsible for IT services for US offices and setup of multi-currency accounting systems for international offices.
IT consultant for Novita Inc., a major distributor of fine Italian furniture. Provided systems support for their biggest customers (Macy’s and Ikea).
IT consultant for Def Jam Recording (Los Angeles).

Mr. Holder is a Social Enterprise Entrepreneur, his goal is to use the power of business to help create positive social transformation, and help expand at-risk youths network of learning. He was born and raised in an economically disadvantaged community, and can relate to the many challenges at-risk youth face today. Therefore, it was important for him, to help create 21st Century Learning Spaces that would help at-risk youths achieve academic, social and workforce success. He will work diligently for the J.F. Holder Foundation to get the resources and develop the support systems necessary to make a positive impact on our youth.
