Jay Michael Holder is the Chief Executive Officer of the J. F. Holder Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization he co-founded with his late father, J. F. Holder. Under his leadership, the Foundation is dedicated to creating innovative 21st-century learning environments that transcend traditional educational boundaries. Through programs that integrate STEM, digital media, filmmaking, artificial intelligence, workforce development, leadership, and the arts, the Foundation equips young people with the essential academic, professional, and life skills needed to become confident leaders and productive members of their communities. As CEO, Mr. Holder provides strategic leadership for the organization's governance, program innovation, community partnerships, and long-term growth.

Mr. Holder also serves as the Managing Principal of Jay Michael Productions LLC, a premier media, agency, and entertainment company with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. Under his leadership, the company develops and produces original film, television, podcast, and digital content; curates distinctive luxury events and hospitality experiences; and creates strategic partnerships that connect brands, entertainment, and emerging technologies.

Previously, Mr. Holder was the CEO of Automated Computer Systems Inc. in Los Angeles, a business and information management systems company for over 22 years, and an IT consultant for over 35 years. He was responsible for improving business results through innovative technology and systems integration.

Select Automated Computer Systems Inc. (ACS) Projects Under Mr. Holder’s Leadership Include:

  • Partnered with IBM and the Government of Nigeria to develop and implement national IT and communication infrastructure in Abuja, Nigeria..
  • Developed and managed IT and financial systems for Interior Architects Inc. (IA), a global architecture firm with over 16 offices, for 21 years.
  • Provided consulting services for Global LED RGB Technologies, LLC, a leading Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and prototyping specialist, dedicated to delivering high-quality, customizable LED solutions.
  • Served as IT and financial systems consultant for Levitt & Quinn Family Law Center, providing critical services to low-income families in Los Angeles County.
  • Provided IT services to the Los Angeles Sentinel, the largest African American-owned newspaper on the West Coast.
  • Delivered IT consulting and managed services for the NFL during Super Bowl XXVIII in Atlanta.
  • Implemented the job costing system for Las Vegas Sands Corporation for the construction budgeting of the Venetian’s Palazzo Tower.
  • Managed multi-currency accounting systems for Goldfarb Consultants, a Toronto-based market research firm.
  • Provided IT consulting for Novita Inc., a premier distributor of Italian furniture, supporting major clients such as Macy’s and IKEA.
  • Served as an IT consultant for Def Jam Recordings (Los Angeles).
